- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hard to get a straight answer about policies. Young gentleman (not) very rude on the phone when I called in with an issue on my policy. Issue was/is. My mortgage company was double billed for the insurance esrow amount. Issue still hasn't been resolved. I'm currently paying for that double billing.....August 26, 2017by Aaron Codling
